Micro Pneumatics are extremely pleased to announce the arrival of twins for Nathan and Kerry. Oliver and Holly arrived on boxing day. Many of our customers will know Nathan as our hard working service engineer, sorting out any of their problems, so please keep the call-outs to a minimum!! I’m sure all would join us in wishing the four of them all the happiness in the future. If you want to follow this, pictures will follow shortly.

Industrial sewing machines designed specifically to make the sewing of vertical blinds an easy and quick job. Micro Pneumatics offer two machines to make this task as quick and painless as possible. The first gives the operator a moving back-stop with two positions one for the top pockets and one for the bottom. The machine also comes with a clamp to the right of the sewing machine to make the handling of the long blinds an easy task. This model has auto back tack, edge sensing, auto footlift and trimming. An even more automated version is also available, this has all the features of the mentioned machine plus a moving clamp that gaurantees a perfectly straight stitch line every time. Micro Pneumatics have now released their automated vertical blind sewing station. It was demonstated at the Stuttgart show with eight orders taken on the stand. The response has been very strong so far. We are also looking at additional sewing machines for future developments.
